AMBROSIA
Her “time was up” at another NJ shelter, and she needed rescue asap. Her only “fault” was that she’d been overlooked by adopters since there were so many other dogs at that shelter. Their rescue coordinator and PAWS Director spoke, and the empty spot at our sanctuary was filled by this wonderful little pit bull who became known as “Amber.”
She immediately settled in, and it was discovered that she was just fine with other dogs, friendly, happy, and very sweet. She was with us for a while before her perfect family came to meet her with their other male pit bull, and it has been nothing short of a fairy tale existence for Amber ever since.
