In Loving Memory of Jack

A few months after vacating the Montclair shelter facility, in 2009 we rented a property in Oak Ridge where we created a small shelter environment. Jack was the first dog we pulled from a euthanasia list at a large county shelter, and he came to stay with us at Oak Ridge. He was with us for almost a year before Gary and Jerry met and adopted him, and he went on to live a wonderful life with them. He even welcomed a little kitten into their home. Jack became ill recently, and passed away. Everyone at PAWS remembers Jack — he was a lovable character and a beautiful soul.

Thank you Gary and Jerry for giving him a loving home for so many years.
